Enrique Iglesias 'pleads not guilty after getting arrested for driving with suspended license in Miami'

Enrique Iglesias was reportedly busted by police in Miami, Florida in May for driving with a suspended license.
The 40-year-old Spanish singer allegedly tried to slip into the back seat after being stopped by the cops while his passenger slid behind the wheel.
The ruse didn't work and both Enrique and his companion, reported to be his tour manager, were arrested, according toTMZ.

TMZ claimed that Enrique had been driving his white Cadillac Escalade when police spotted him cruising in a closed express lane and signalled him to pull over.
According to the news site, the Why Not Me? singer tried to evade being caught driving with a suspended license by moving to the rear seat while his passenger moved behind the wheel.

Enrique pled not guilty to driving with a suspended license and both the star and his tour manager have pled not guilty to obstruction, TMZ reported.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, Enrique performed on stage for the first time since injuring his hand in a drone accident during a May 30 concert in Mexico.
Enrique's hand was not fully mended for he wore a brace and bandage while singing for U.S. troops at Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma, Billboard reported.
The heartthrob's injury happened when he grabbed a camera drone to give his audience in Tijuana, Mexico his point of view from the stage.

It was a stunt that he'd done many times before without incident, but this time his middle finger got caught in the rotating blade, fractured it and sliced away a piece of skin.
Enrique kept performing with a bloodied hand and was later taken to a Los Angeles hospital for surgery.
