Ireland Baldwin seen looking bruised and battered after source claims she was jumped and attacked by three men

Photos have emerged that show Ireland Baldwin looking severely battered and bruised as she walks around Malibu with her new boyfriend Jon Kasik.

Now, a source has revealed exclusively to DailyMail.com that Baldwin was attacked by three men on Monday evening. 

What's more, the men had previously been following her according to the source. 

'A week ago, a crew of guys were following Ireland around Malibu, tailing her car super close,' said the source.

'So Ireland came back to Soba Recovery Center and got one of the bodyguards at the center to come out and say the harassment needs to stop.'

Baldwin has been at Soba since April to deal with 'emotional trauma.'

Then, on Monday, the source claims that Baldwin was attacked.

'Three guys attacked Ireland,' said the source.  

Baldwin, 19, entered Soba shortly after splitting with her partner Angel Haze, who she was with for a year.

Soon after, Baldwin began dating Kasik, 23, who she met at the facility.

Meanwhile, across the country on Wednesday, Baldwin welcomed a new baby brother when stepmother Hilaria gave birth to a baby boy, Rafael Thomas.

She also has a sister, Hilaria and dad Alec's 22-month-old daughter Carmen.

IMG Models no longer represents the 6'2 stunner and would not comment.  

Her father Alec Baldwin's reps have yet to respond to a request for comment about the incident.
