Whoa! Everyone thought that Zayn Malik would be partnering with Naughty Boy after leaving One Direction. But is the former 1D member’s next project with his fiance, Perrie Edwards? In a recent interview, she said working together with Zayn on a new song would be great!
Zayn Malik, 22, and Perrie Edwards, 21, might be taking the expression “make beautiful music together” literally! These two British Pop superstars are engaged to be married, but are they looking to start a musical partnership as well? Perrie said in an interview that she and Zayn working on a new song “would be great.” Does this mean we can expect Zayn to pop up on the next Little Mix record?
Well, not yet. Perrie and her fellow Little Mix members – Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock andJade Thirlwall – attended the Capital FM Summertime ball on June 6, reports the Mirror. During her appearance, Perrie spoke about whether she and her fiancé had any plans to work together, particularly on the next Little Mix album.
“Not as of yet,” Perrie told The Mirror, “but we love doing collaborations with people so we’ll have to see what would suit on the album, but yes — it would be great!”
Wow. When Zayn’s former band mate, Liam Payne, told Capital FM that Zayne left 1D because of Perrie, we don’t think this is what he meant. While we’d love to hear how Zayn in a duet with his sweetheart, any collaboration with her or Little Mix might just cause some more bad bloodbetween Zayn and his former band mates.
