She wore a casual T-shirt underneath her smart blazer, as she successfully nailed Parisian chic with her daytime outfit.
In a recent interview, Julianne revealed that she would rather not have freckles.
But on Monday, the star looked beautifully natural, as she wore minimal make-up and let her vibrant hair stand out against her classic outfit.
She wore a pair of gold hooped earrings to complement her look, as she appeared calm and content for her day in the French capital.
The Hunger Games actress - who recently said in an interview with theTelegraph that her co-star Jennifer Lawrence had 'blown her away' - was spotted strutting her stuff with a female companion who wore a sheer black top and skinny jeans.
The twosome looked like they had a lot of catching up to do, as they were pictured laughing in each other's company.

Julianne is in the city no doubt to take in some of the shows during the popular Haute Couture fashion week, as she enjoys some time off from her hectic Hollywood schedule.
Julianne has several films scheduled for release this year, including the final part of the blockbuster franchise, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2, due out November 20.
